[Evolution] How LDAP works ??

Hello,

I'd configured my openldap server on the Mandrake 8.2 and when i make
the command "ldapsearch -x -b "dc=example,dc=com" -v", the result is :

But in evolution, i made le configuration with dc=example,dc=com, and I
can't saw the same the contact, Why???
