[Evolution] Printing kills Evolution

All printing including "Print Preview" are killing any active component, i.e. mail, addressbook, etc. of Evolution. I have logged bug 11306. Using CVS snapshot 9/29. Variable width font: Helvetica (Adobe) 14; Fixed width
font: Courier (Adobe) 12. Using ISO-8859-1 in Gnome Control Center.
