I have cleared up 99% of my pilot-link/gnome-pilot/evolution syncing
problems by switching from LPPC distro to Yellow Dog. My gnomecc works,
etc etc. But I do have a problem syncing my visor as a user. As root,
it works no problem.
As root, my control-center "Pilot Conduits" shows all the conduits, and I
can set them on/off/whatever. I can even sync my files/backup/sync with
evolution as root.
As myself (regular user), the conduits don't show up in "Pilot Conduits",
and syncing doesn't work. What should I check to make it work?
my devices:
0 lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 12 Sep 28 21:19 /dev/visor ->
/dev/ttyUSB1
merckx [~] <2>ls -ls /dev/ttyUSB??

0 crw-rw-rw- 1 mccallum uucp 188, 11 Jul 25 15:50 /dev/ttyUSB11
Some permissions must be wrong somewhere, but I don't know where to look.
control-center-1.5.7, control-center-plus-1.5.5
Thanks,
Mike
