[Evolution] scrollbars

hey all,
i've been keeping up with the recent cvs builds through red-carpet, and
mostly they're great.  the last few though have had horizontal and
vertical scrollbars allways visible in the folder list and message pane.
not a huge problem, but takes up that little bit of screenspace when i'm
running on my other pc (small monitor).

also, if i change the main toolbar from 'text' to 'both', it resizes
okay (larger), but doing the reverse doesn't resize, so there's a gap
underneath each icon.

these are the only problems i can find so far :) otherwise, this is
really cool!
