Yes. It hasn't been added yet.

Meanwhile, if you create an empty file /usr/share/libical/zoneinfo/zones.tab
it will stop it from crashing.

(Then select the UTC timezone in the combo to stop the timezone dialog popping
up each time you go into the calendar.)

I'll try to stop it crashing now, so hopefully the snapshots should be OK soon.
