IMAP deals with this. The first client to be notified of a message sees
it as having the \Recent flag set. So if two Evos are connected,
whichever one sends an IMAP command first after the new message arrives
will be told that the new message exists and is recent. The second will
only be told that it exists. So only the first one will try to apply
filters to it.
