Re: [Evolution] IMAP and folder updating..



OK, here is what I did:

1. Disabled mail check applet
2. Emptied INBOX
3. Sent myself a message
4. Pressed send / receive.
5. Observed the count on the INBOX in the folder tree increment, though the header pane did not refresh.
6. Left the INBOX
7. Returned to the INBOX, to observer the mail header I just sent.
8. Sent myself another mail.
9. saw the same thing as in 5 above.
10. clicked on the unread message, observed the second message header appear.
11. repeated steps 3,4,5, and 10
12. repeated steps 3,4,5
13. Clicked on the first and second (read) message headers.  the header pand did not refresh.
14. Marked the first message unread.  The header pane di not refresh.
15. Clicked on the third message header (unread), and the fourth header appeared.

In a nutshell:
Only when I click on an unread message does the header pane refresh with new headers.
