In all the views you can select a range of time by dragging with the
mouse and you can begin to type in an appointment by just typing
something.  You can also right-click and select "new appointment" from
the context menu.

I just added bugzilla items for being able to create new appointments
by double-clicking on the views.

Damon is giving a lot of love to the task list right now, so if you
have any particular needs, please post them here.

We have plans to include a journal facility (the VJOURNAL components
in iCalendar), but this will happen in the future.
