[Evolution] help documentation

Hello,
   I'm new to this list and to Evolution.  I'm really interested in seeing
it mature into a full program.  When I try to access any of the help
documentation I get an error.  Is there an RPM I need to add to get the help
docs?  Is there online access to them in HTML form?
