[Evolution] Contact creation working....

I finally got my contact creation to work on my Mandrake 7.2 system. I
blew away my addressbook.db file. Fortunately, I did not have any
contacts to lose. It still wouldn't work, and a new addressbook.db file
was not created at all. But then, I asked the my mail passwords to be
stored, and suddenly I had a new addressbook.db file, and I could create
new contacts.

Weird...
