[Evolution] simple filter crashes evo 1.0

After ugrading to evo1.0 from RC2, it started crashing while fetching
new mail via pop. I managed to stop that from happening by renaming
~/evolution and setting up from scratch. I copied my mail folders back
to ~/evolution to restore my old mail, and evo continued to work
wonderfully. Then, I started to recreate my filters, and the crash
returned. It turns out that one of my filters was causing the crash:

    </rule>

Other rules that move messages to a subfolder of 'Mailing Lists' work
fine. Any ideas why this happens?
