RE: [Evolution] Arguments against the outlook bar

[SNIP]
However, in particular, I believe that the Outlook Shortcut Bar *is*
a UI feature that promotes ease of use. If it would help the Evolution
team, I'd be happy to document the exact reduction in mousing movements
it gives under what I believe to be fairly common usage scenarios.

Plus, how many people here have over 50 folders? I don't know about
you, but I have over a 100 folders (not including vFolders) and use
about 6 all the time. I love having the shortcut bar. Those 6 folders,
contacts, calendar, and ToDo would be my dream shortcut bar. Most of my
folders are long time storage of information, conversations, or
completed tasks as most people have.

I can't think of anything "dishonest" about that.
