Just another point: users won't even see the "evolution" directory
as Nautilus will most certainly have a feature to prevent users at low
level from seeing files in "system" directories, just like what
Windows does when you try to tamper with `C:\WINDOWS'.
So the "user double-clicks on the Evolution directory" problem does
not even exist. At all.
Plus, we can use Nautilus metadata to show the "Evolution" directory
as something different from a normal folder, so that users know that
their Evolution-related data is there, and they can copy it if they
need it somewhere else.
