I hope that I would never make that kind of assertion!
I meant that the current state-of-the-art in GUI file managers, and multi-GB file systems is woefully inadequate regarding indexing, searching, etc. The result is that when you give a user Outlook or Notes, they gravitate towards using it as their one-stop repository.
