  This is actually not implemented yet.  Evolution doesn't set up the
session management properties for the shell windows correctly.

  Yeah, the trash is not yet implemented.  We are going to at some point
(probably by 0.9).

  For now, use expunge (Ctrl-x) to physically remove the deleted
messages from the folder.
