Is there any plan to support disconnected imap? I think thats the right 
term for it.  The concept is that evolution would download all the mail 
in a given imap folder and store it locally. Then periodically the local
and remote folder get synced up so that they are consistent.  

The advantage being that imap people get to read their mail if the network 
goes away, as well as getting better performance when reading/sorting mail.

Currently (0.6), when I move from message to message in an imap folder, 
evolution immediately tries to fetch the message.  If I'm navigating by 
keyboard and trying to get say, 10 messages down -- this is sorta painful. 
Would it be possible to add a thresh-hold so that the focus needs to be 
on a message for a few ms before evolution tries to fetch the message from
the server.
