Not exactly, but it does have an "Options" dialog availalbe via
right-click on each message.  I confess to thinking of it as the
"Properties"
dialog because Windows has so many "Properties" dialogs with similar
information to this "Options" dialog.

[FWIW, this is the completely non-intuitive (IMNSHO) way to view all
message headers in Outlook.  I'm glad to hear that Evo has this added
in CVS; I only hope that it's in a more obvious and user-friendly way.]
