[Evolution] Evolution build document

Hi All,

There is now an evolution build document to go with the bonobo build
document that I wrote. It is at

Please could anyone who has some spare time look at it and let me know if
I've left anything out... Otherwise, we can probably point some of the new
people to it to get them started.
