[Evolution] Build documentation in distribution

Hi all,

Is there any way that I can get
http://www.penguinpowered.org.uk/help/bonobo_build.html and/or
http://www.penguinpowered.org.uk/help/evolution_build.html
or at least links to them, included in the cvs tree for the respective
packages?
