AMEN BROTHER!
Just what did all that testing come up with other than apparently thin
air? Your guess is as good as mine here ... which is a pretty sad
situation, considering ...
FWIW the new and send/receive button is a direct clone of outlook's
buttons, which presumably - _most_real_world_pc_users_ would be
intimately familiar with, bad or otherwise.
BTW, POP retrieval isn't automatic unless you specify it to be so, so I
use that button constantly, local delivery also requires an explicit
request.
