Yes, as Kovid said, KDE on Windows does build poppler for both mingw and
msvc *but* this depends on our adapted Qt4 builds, freetype, fontconfig,
openjpeg. We also do not build the rest of the bindings(e.g. for cairo)
so if you're in need for them, our binaries won't suit you as well. From
our point of view it also won't make much sense to maintain public
binaries, as the amount of work will stay nearly the same.
