Thanks for your feedback. There's already a bug open suggesting a
toolbar reorganization:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=412385
As for the back/next button, moving them to the center sounds like a
very bad idea to me. The Back button is imprinted in everyone's muscle
memory as the leftmost button.

In Epiphany, every toolbar can hold bookmarks.

Personally, I don't have Stop or Home on the toolbar either. But then I
know the keyboard shortcuts by heart.
