There is a .desktop file created for it, IIRC.  Also, you may like the
deskbar-applet; I get a LOT of mileage out of it.

You might also like my Browser Bookmarks Menu applet, the fore-runner
of Deskbar applet.  A screenshot that explains everything is here:

Admittedly, I haven't touched BBM for about a year (since I now,
unsurprisingly, use Deskbar), so I'm not sure if it works perfectly
with the latest and greatest epiphany.  But let me know if it doesn't
work.
