Epiphany Bookmark on logging out ??

Hi;

I like to keep Epiphany's bookmark minimized as an icon on my Gnome
panel Windows Switcher.  I launch favourite URL sites from there.

Is there a way to log out with the Bookmark icon on the panel and then
re-login so that the Bookmark is returned to the panel without opening
Epiphany in the foreground first?
