I don't think the HIG recommends dialogs where it's unclear what the difference is between two options (Cancel and Don't block). :)

IIRC, 'Cancel' should only be used on user initiated actions.

How is this going to solve the problem of the user just clicking it away? What would be the default button, by the way?

I'm thinking more along the lines of a notification bubble thingy, if/when it can be done.
