Brain dumping:
A possible solution to the bookmarks menu problem could just be to allow
to drag the All item in the bookmarks editor to the toolbars.
We already plan to have keywords draggable, adding this could be a good
way to not piss off users used to the bookmarks menu, without adding
clutter.
