Hey Sri, 

Turns out I can't make it today, but should be able to make it other days. Fridays would work better for me (I can do 18:00 even though framadate says I can't, sorry about that). 

Updates/Ideas: 

- Would love to keep revamping the website. maybe we can have a hackathon outside of GUADEC! It's looking awesome so far and it's super exciting to have someone who is working on it. Would love to keep momentum. 

- We need to support conferences this year. How can we do that?

- Would love to make more progress towards outreach initiatives and local groups. 

- Want to plan some more global initiatives like Bug Squash Month

- Need to make sure we support the releases well, one coming up in March!

- We need to request a budget. I'm working on this at the Board level but would love input. We have about $80K in events (hosting & travel) budget now and last year only about $20K was used. We might want to reallocate budget for marketing and/or promote event hosting and really help people interested. 

- Recruitment: we need more design help for marketing! :)
