In recent years, because we handed them out at GUADEC, we kindly asked the local team at each GUADEC to print them for us. Prior to that, we've used Lulu. Unfortunately, none of that is really useful for what we need.
Thanks,
Rosanna
Yeah, it's a good idea to also print. I just want the digital version asap so we at least have that.Who has handled printer logistics in the past? Here's an initial list of what we need to know from them:- preferred vendor, if any (do we have a go-to printer/s?)- size and dimensions of printed report- color printing details, if any- paper quality and any special directions- preferred design file type for printer- qty of copies- shipping address- billing info or reimbursement process- any budget approval process details..............................................................Nuritzi Sanchez | +1.650.218.7388 | EndlessLe vendredi 11 septembre 2015 à 16:04 -0700, Nuritzi Sanchez a écrit

Although we missed the deadline for having physical copies at GUADEC, I
was wondering if we might still do printed versions to be delivered to
current (and prospective) advisory board members? I think the
traditional medium might have a stronger impact (vs just emailing a
link) although it takes longer to get there.
FWIW, I'm thinking of printing at least one such copy (at my own
expense) and hand-delivering it to Collabora in Montréal, for example.
Perhaps there are other "ambassadors" out there that would be
interested in doing something similar with orgs in their vicinity?
Also we could have some printed copies for outreaching events
(ex.: most events Sri is preparing on the west coast this fall).
