Yes, it is a little disheartening. If there are any GTK+ people on
the list, writing some positive posts on GTK+ would rock. Daniel
Foré has thinking of writing a blog post indicating positive
experience in GTK+.

significant challenge I feel to counter, and we should really be
thinking about a response to the overall perception that GTK+ is a
dying eco-system and that folks are moving to QT in order to be able
to run in all platform.
