Like last year, I'll go ahead and plug gnome-doc-utils.  This is

It would be better to include the default Yelp in screenshots rather 
than something showing distribution specific documents. Same goes for 
any screenshot including the ones showing GNOME themes in previous 
release notes.

That content is from 2.14. The content is not in the XML yet. This
discussion is just about the formatting.

But yes, in general, we do try to show the GNOME defaults. And we do use
the standard clearlooks theme for screenshots.
