[Ekiga-list] Ekiga.net refuses registering Twinkle

At random occasions but at least once a day it happens that ekiga.net refuses my registration if I use twinkle 1.4.2 while it accepts registration if I use ekiga 2.0.12, same username and same password of course.
Does anybody know if this the normal behaviuor of ekiga.net, maybe due to giving priority to people using ekiga, or if it is a bug?
