Please choose the option which had not generate an error.  Quit ekiga 
and restart it, and tell if the images are shown.

If not, please restart ekiga with -d 4 and give us the output 
(http://wiki.ekiga.org/index.php/Debugging_Ekiga#How_to_get_a_debug_output_2).
