So the problem is that when your ekiga is called, the other person hears 
you, but you do not hear it, is that right?

In you output, after establishing connection between you and the phone, 
I see a line:
2010/11/06 01:23:12.749     12:07.390    AudioEvent...0xb7535b70 
AudioOutputCore    Closing current device

This means that your audio output is closed, which might explain your 
problem.  But I do not understand why it is closed...

I also saw some information about G729 and iLBC audio codecs, I do not 
understand if there is an error or not, could you try checking them on 
or off and retry the test?
