it's straight forward to troubleshoot

echo test: 

sip:500 ekiga net

if your mic works for echo test, it's a justvoip.com issue.

otherwise, it's easier.

For the problem you are facing, you need to check the Audio device settings
in the preferences. I would suspect that there are several options in
the settings
and an inappropriate option was selected.
