Hi,

When I dial, I don't need add 00. Only I dial 554412345678 (ekiga software identifies like "sip:554832349544 sip justvoip com"), and land line calls.
I can hear the voice that I call, but he cannot hear me.

That's it.

You type something like

sip:0044123456789 sip voipzoom com
(I am not sure if you need the "sip." part though; I do not have Ekiga
right now to test).

In this way, you can select different SIP accounts when you dial a number.
