Re: EasyTAG 2.1.8 released

Hi David!

I built 2.1.8 on Mint 13 Mate (as Live-CD within VirtualBox) with GTK-2
and with GTK-3 and got no problems at all. Then I carefully checked
every change of 2.1.7 and 2.1.8 - simply great work!

I found that the "new option to trim spaces when renaming files" sounds
nice too. But the Preferences show an additional radio button to "Remove
spaces". I expected a separate checkbox to "Trim spaces at both
ends" (of each tag part or of whole filename without '.mp3').

And some nice toolbar icons are replaced (by stock icons?), e.g. "Scan
files" or "Select all files". BTW: I like the new homepage icon! (green
tag with "e" on it)

Thank you for this hint! I followed the whole tutorial and now became a
GTK3 fan too. In my Linux Mint 13 Mate (Gnome2-based!) I even didn't
have to install additional packages to run Python GTK+ 3 scripts!
