Hi John,  message distributed...I can't answer your question, but...You  may want to add some detail so a developer doesn't have to query you - What OS? Which Dia version?  Anything you believe might be unusual about your set up or use case.

You might want to share the diagram.

I too have seen issues that were related to "maybe the extents are not right somehow." Sorry, no details, it was a while ago.
