Shadow background inside the shapes

Hi everybody, i've been using Dia since 2005 but i don't really know all its feature (there's a lot.. .:D ) .

I have to draw some diagram and all shapes must have the black shadow behind.

I attached at this email a png file that show you what i would to do..

Can you help me?
