Hi Doom,

Many people present ideas for evolution on the list.  If you intend to begin developing the ideas yourself, not just asking for them, then you should engage with the developers by the usual means.  I believe the Bugzilla system is used for this.

If you are not interested in writing code, but want to make a persuasive argument for the added functions/features, then this list is fine to use.
