Re: I need a Slackware binary

ftp://ftp.slackware.com/pub/slackware/slackware64-13.1/slackware64/d/intltool-0.40.6-x86_64-1.txz

When building software you will probably want all of the d/ series;
ftp://ftp.slackware.com/pub/slackware/slackware64-13.1/slackware64/d/

I recommend you investigate slackpkg to aid you.

On a full install of slackware, the package that script builds won't
need any additional packages to work. ÂI should know, I wrote and
maintain it.

Does anyone know where I can find a binary install of dia 0.97 for

Been there, seen that. But it only points to a copy of the source with a
script to build it. You still need to install all of the dependencies
before
it will work. I need one that is already compiled with all of the
libraries
statically linked so it is plug and play.

Apparently, your idea of a full install and mine don't match. I got this far
with your build script:

-------------------------------------------
checking for intltool >= 0.35.0... ./configure: line 21081: intltool-update:
command not found
Âfound
configure: error: Your intltool is too old. ÂYou need intltool 0.35.0 or
later.
-------------------------------------------

Unfortunately, I have no idea how many other pieces will be found missing.
