Hi, I finally put all my test cases together in one big test case. The dia file is attached. IMHO, I got everything dia can do. If someone knows better or missing test cases, please add them!! I have to admit that I am right now really using metapost for all my figures which contain latex stuff. But exporting this test case to metapost will aready show that there are also problems with the metapost export plugin, e.g.: - filled rectangles - line ends are always rounded - couldn't export with image in it, as it exceeded some internal memory limit. Just tell me what you think of it. Ciao, Michi On Mon, 4 Sep 2006 20:36:13 +0200 (CEST) "Lars Clausen" <lars raeder dk> wrote:

Though this lowers my pressure to create an improved pstricks plugin, I am still interested in it. I created a bunch of test case dia files and I also found some inconsistencies in metapost. Mostly I am missing image export in metapost which seems not to work for me. (Can't convert from .mp to .1) If I find some time to do so I will try to improve the pstrick plugin and will tell this list if I make progress.Test case files are an excellent thing, and there's room in CVS for them. We would be happy to get them and any patches for the metapost or pstricks code you come up with. Patches whose effect can be verified with test case files would be particularly nice. -Lars _______________________________________________ Dia-list mailing list Dia-list gnome org http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/dia-list FAQ at http://www.gnome.org/projects/dia/faq.html Main page at http://www.gnome.org/projects/dia
