libpng13.dll - windows error

Hi
newbie looking for a way to document/flowchart C and python programs.
Came across Dia and thought Id give it a look.
Im running windows at the moment but run linux at home. Ill give dia a
run at home to see if it works there tonight.
at work however no go.
Im running gtk 2.6.8 (didnt update to the latest as i use it for other
things and didnt want to possibly break them)
Dia installs but when run I get a windows alert error
cant find libpng13.dll
any ideas?
