This seems to be the most risky part about moving to GitLab: Having to
maintain it. Maintaining Bugzilla is not an easy task, but they don't
release every month. Also, we have learnt (more or less...) how to
block bots DoSing or spamming us.
I think the main problem with maintaining Bugzilla is the fairly large
number of downstream changes we have that makes upgrades difficult,
right? We should consider not making downstream changes to our GitLab
instance to prevent this from becoming a problem.
