I welcome the proposal to modernise our development infrastructure.

This seems to be the most risky part about moving to GitLab: Having to
maintain it. Maintaining Bugzilla is not an easy task, but they don't
release every month. Also, we have learnt (more or less...) how to
block bots DoSing or spamming us.
I know a few people who moved away from GitLab because it was too
painful to keep it running. I hope we don't end up with a system that
we don't know how to operate.
