ATI drivers are open source which means we would have to contact the radeon driver developers rather than a company and it is possible to fix things ourselves (more or less). For nvidia, the nouveau driver is still far from stable for 3D and everybody has to use the binary driver. That said, of course we should try to also get in touch with the open source driver developers. Regards, Johannes
