Maybe. I generally take the practical approach of
letting other tools do what they do.
Is it worth setting up yet another service just for
merge requests? Maybe.
Is it worth adding a feature to Pulse that people
could get elsewise? Maybe.
So, maybe. Depends on what people want and what
people are willing to hack on.
