I'm aware that this specification exists and that the Swfdec developers are not
allowed to use it. Which is what we have done. However, I am not a lawyer, so I
cannot say if that restriction is legal, nor if not reading that document is
enough to not cause problems.

So in short: Nothing has been done.
If you think this is necessary and want to do that, feel free to contact
swfdec lists freedesktop org or me. I'd be very happy if I could answer this
question with "a lawyer has told me ..." the next time it comes up.
