I don't think that's the right way to present this information.
These are accessibility options.  You wouldn't go use them just
because you like to trick your desktop.  You'd use them because
e.g. a disability prevents you from being able to click.

Using terms like "accessibility" or "universal access" conveys
to users with special needs that this is where they need to go
to get their desktop working for them.  Otherwise they end up
having to wade through all the "advanced" settings.
