	Uggh ... I really hate this topic of conversation :-) I do know its
really confusing, though ...

	In this case its not the workspace switcher taking focus, its the
PanelApplet widget that takes/draws the focus. If the switcher itself
took focus and drew its own focus indication, then PanelApplet wouldn't
bother.
