Judging from this discussion, 'sensible' is not something happening very
frequently here right now; I strongly encourage sensible, small,
targetable issues to be brought to bugzilla but less than 10% of this
thread has been about problems of that sort, and that 10% is /already
filed./ and does not need to be filed again.
